Andrew Maidstone

Managing Director

After gaining an Honours degree in Accounting, Andrew qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990. He spent 7 years with a national practice, latterly as a specialist Tax Partner before establishing Maidstones with Alyson in 1997.

Andrew has been awarded the highly coveted accolade of Chartered Tax Advisor which enables him to provide clients with advice that leads to substantial tax savings. His wealth of experience coupled with a Masters Degree in Business Administration also means that he is perfectly placed to provide highly specialised Management Consultancy advice.

Jeni Bramley

CTA, ACCA
Director

Jeni qualified as an Accountant in 2002 and became a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2004. She joined Maidstones in 2004 and was invited to join the Board in 2006. Jeni has a wealth of experience gained from working in a number of varied practices.

Whilst Jeni's main activity is tax planning for small to medium-sized companies and wealthy individuals, she also has vast experience in performing forensic accounting and investigations.

Alyson Maidstone

Company Secretary

Following a degree in economics, Alyson qualified as an Accountant in 1993 and has been involved in all aspects of accountancy and business for over 12 years.

Alyson is the Office Manager at Maidstones; dealing with the day-to-day administration, human resources, advertising and client relations.
